Lead sales strategy, territory and quota planning, forecasting, and incentive design for truck leasing and rental. Optimize CRM and sales technology, develop dashboards and KPIs, standardize workflows, drive sales productivity, enable cross-functional alignment, and deliver performance analytics to executive leadership.

Provide technical assistance to local and remote users: troubleshoot hardware/software, install and configure systems, update and close help‑desk tickets, create training materials, perform diagnostics and minor repairs, and participate in after‑hours on‑call support.

Maintain and update customer insurance records and certificates of insurance (COIs); communicate with customers, brokers, sales, and AR/Credit to obtain and correct COIs; monitor expirations and escalate issues; enter COI and account data into systems and document imaging tools; evaluate insurance override requests and obtain commodity approvals when required.
