Manages the library’s Lending Services Department, overseeing circulation operations, staff and volunteer supervision, scheduling, training, budgets, procurement, technology improvements, patron services, reporting, community outreach, and partnerships. Advises library leadership on policies and service enhancements while supporting equipment, facilities, and overall library operations.
