Lead full editing workflow, implement motion graphics/VFX, collaborate on ideation with social and post teams, manage revisions, and maintain high visual polish for brand partnerships and evergreen social franchises.

Lead sourcing, evaluating, and developing on-camera talent across collaborators and external prospects. Manage talent testing, provide constructive feedback, partner with producers on long-term strategy, and integrate new creators into Dude Perfect's content ecosystem.

Lead ideation and write brand integrations for long-form YouTube and social content, bridging Sales and Creative.
