Lead delivery of complex wastewater projects from planning through construction and closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory compliance, client relationships, technical reviews, risk mitigation, and business development in Florida.

Serve as primary client contact, coordinate regulatory permitting (FDEP, WMDs), provide technical oversight of treatment and conveyance systems, manage financial performance and risk, and support business development and proposal efforts.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of hydrology and hydraulics projects including stormwater, roadway drainage, flood mitigation, and watershed planning. Oversee H&H modeling, project schedules, budgets, technical reports, permitting, and client coordination. Supervise junior staff, manage subconsultants, and support business development and proposals.

Support travel demand model development: build, calibrate, validate, and analyze inputs and forecasts; analyze socioeconomic and survey data; evaluate project feasibility; and help prepare technical memos, reports, and presentations while gaining hands-on experience with industry modeling tools.

Lead and oversee roadway design for transportation projects including geometry, 3D modeling, hydraulics, MOT, plans, specifications, estimates, and QA/QC. Supervise and mentor junior staff, coordinate submittals and schedules, complete field assignments as needed, and support project managers on larger projects.

Prepare and produce compliant proposals for public-sector civil engineering pursuits: gather and format content, draft and edit proposal documents, create graphics and marketing materials, maintain marketing databases, manage TxDOT precertification, and support marketing events and brand consistency.

Lead the Civil/Land Development and Water/Wastewater engineering division, driving strategic planning, operations, financial performance, project delivery, business development, staffing, compliance, and client relationships across multiple offices.
