Lead planning, design, and delivery of hydrology and hydraulics projects including stormwater, roadway drainage, flood mitigation, and watershed planning. Oversee H&H modeling, project schedules, budgets, technical reports, permitting, and client coordination. Perform on-site subsurface utility designations: locate, identify, and mark underground utilities using geophysical equipment; document findings; support survey activities; set basic traffic control; maintain equipment and vehicles; conduct safety meetings and liaise with 811 locators, clients, and the public.
