Lead HR for a service center: manage employee relations, progressive discipline, onboarding, recruitment, benefits questions, FMLA/disability coordination, training, and advise management. Partner with Corporate HR on benefits, leave, and compensation implementation to maximize employee engagement and ensure consistent policy application.
