Build and launch UpSwell’s CRM and lifecycle marketing practice from the ground up. Develop service offerings, customer journey strategies, segmentation, automation, omnichannel campaigns, measurement frameworks, and scalable processes. Partner with sales, technology, analytics, and client services teams to drive client growth and measurable ROI. Serve as a hands-on CRM leader, support business development, and eventually recruit and lead a high-performing team.

Owns UpSwell’s Azure environment and leads migration from private cloud infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include Azure architecture, infrastructure management, reliability, monitoring, security, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, cost optimization, vendor coordination, documentation, and on-call incident response. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to modernize infrastructure, improve scalability, minimize disruption, and establish secure, reliable cloud operations.

Staff Accountant responsible for monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end close support, accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, financial reporting preparation, audit assistance, and GAAP-compliant transaction review. The role also investigates discrepancies, supports internal controls, and identifies process improvements through technology and automation. This hybrid position works closely with the Controller and accounting team in Marietta, Georgia.

Own paid search and paid social campaign execution, including account audits, tracking fixes, launches, budget pacing, policy compliance, reporting, and performance recommendations. Lead an offshore campaign build team, maintain QA processes and account standards, resolve technical client issues, and train Digital Success Managers. The role is full-time contract-to-hire with hybrid work preferred in Atlanta and remote availability across the US.

Manage client relationships, campaign coordination, order processing, onboarding, performance reporting, and upsell identification. Responsibilities include tracking proofs and postal delays, cleaning lists, uploading suppressions, conducting match-back analysis, activating ROI tools, checking tracking assets, and delivering client recaps. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with office productivity tools.
