Manage daily bookkeeping for a personal injury law firm: record transactions, reconcile bank and credit card statements, post transactions in databases, and maintain accurate QuickBooks records for monthly reporting and internal reviews.

Support employment attorneys by serving as primary client contact, gathering and organizing documentation, coordinating communications and investigations, maintaining case files and case management systems, assisting with demand packages and pre-litigation tasks, and helping improve workflows while ensuring confidentiality and client service.

Provide in-house legal counsel for a personal injury law firm: draft and negotiate contracts, advise leadership on compliance and risk, manage litigation and outside counsel, develop compliance protocols, and handle lien and fee disputes including negotiation and coordination with outside counsel.

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters: draft and file complaints, motions, and interpleaders; conduct legal research and prepare written arguments; organize case documents; meet tight deadlines; and collaborate with attorneys and staff on litigation strategy.
