Entry-level sales role responsible for growing referrals and revenue for home medical equipment. Conduct daily outreach to referral sources, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, educate on insurance/Medicare, and maintain client satisfaction. Develop territory call plans and promote cross-selling among business lines.

Support regional operations by improving workflows, processing documentation (insurance, authorizations, orders), entering and validating patient data in EMR, analyzing and resolving workflow issues, training/onboarding, performing patient follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, and infection control while meeting performance metrics.

Oversee branch operations for timely, compliant delivery of home medical equipment. Manage logistics, inventory, staff hiring/training, regulatory adherence, customer and clinical relationships, root-cause analysis, and on-call/responsive patient support.

Lead enterprise cash and liquidity management, oversee daily cash position and bank relationships, manage global banking platform migration and integrations, prepare cash forecasts and compliance reporting (debt covenants, SOX, KYC/OFAC), support risk management (hedging, insurance), drive automation and process improvements, and manage/coach Treasury staff.

Supervise branch operations for home medical equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing logistics and inventory, coordinating with healthcare partners, resolving patient equipment issues, hiring and training staff, performing root-cause analyses, and maintaining HIPAA/PPE standards while supporting on-call and home-visit activities.
