Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, advising on policy and performance management, and designing/delivering in-person and virtual HR training. Ensure legally compliant, consistent processes and support managers with PIPs, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Provide day-to-day ER guidance and perform related duties as assigned.

Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial/industrial polished concrete and epoxy flooring projects. Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and crews; direct supervisors; ensure project objectives are met. Communicate with stakeholders, manage time and resources, and travel or work nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
