Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support benefits administration (FMLA, ADA, LOA).

Source, assess, and onboard medical, dental, and behavioral health providers. Manage recruitment campaigns, interviews, references, hiring contracts, licensure and credentialing support, job postings, reporting, and represent the clinic at events and job fairs.
