Supports the Hub HR Business Partner with employee relations, investigations, onboarding, HR inquiries, records administration, leave management, union workforce support, compliance reporting, and HRIS updates. Facilitates orientations and training, processes I-9 verification through E-Verify, maintains confidential files, analyzes HR metrics, and assists with workplace accommodations and occupational injury processes. This is an onsite role at Denver International Airport supporting unionized frontline and management employees.

Provides HR business partnership across corporate workgroups, overseeing employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, labor relations support, and compliance with employment laws. Partners with leaders on recruitment, retention, development, change management, and disciplinary matters. Supports HR initiatives, new location startups, and special projects while traveling up to 20%.
