Assist the Office Manager by coordinating appointments and staff schedules, supervising and training office personnel, maintaining internal accounting controls, monitoring accounts receivable, hiring/training staff, and performing miscellaneous administrative duties as requested.

Perform daily office accounting tasks including reconciling bank statements, data entry, and general clerical duties. Use computer and 10-key calculator, type 50+ WPM, and meet pre-hire requirements (TX drivers license, background check, drug screen).

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor sales staff; set forecasts and goals; control expenses; manage inventory and advertising recommendations; ensure compliance with retail auto sales laws and maintain customer satisfaction standards.

Handle daily cash deposits, review accounts receivable and schedules, and prepare/mail monthly AR statements. Maintain accurate records, use computer and 10-key calculator, meet pre-hire screening requirements, and perform light physical office tasks.

Sell new and used vehicles by presenting features and demo drives, closing deals, completing delivery paperwork and warranty reviews, coordinating with Service and Parts, maintaining customer follow-up for referrals, meeting Sales Satisfaction Index standards, and staying current on product and competitive features while complying with federal, state, and local retail auto sales laws.

Perform general office administrative tasks including running errands, filing, mailing, basic data entry and typing. Must meet pre-hire driving, background, and drug-screen requirements and be able to perform frequent light physical tasks.

Answer phones, greet customers, perform daily filing, mail-outs, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Maintain records, take messages, operate a computer and 10-key calculator, and follow office procedures. Meet pre-hire requirements including valid Texas drivers license, background check, and drug screen.
