Analyze complex loan applications and financial statements, prepare detailed loan memoranda, assess cash flow and collateral, advise lending officers and committees on credit decisions, assist with loan agreements, and support/training of junior analysts while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Manage and grow commercial loan and bank product business, analyze loan requests, develop proposals, oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium loans, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate loan origination/closing, and build community relationships to generate new business.

Lead origination, underwriting, and relationship management for commercial clients, driving loans, deposits, and treasury solutions. Originate and manage residential mortgage loans through outside sales, relationship development with realtors/builders, applicant evaluation, coordination of closings, compliance with FNMA and regulatory guidelines, supervision of mortgage processors, and achievement of production goals.
