Lead US FP&A and financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, metric reporting, and business partnering. Provide insights on cost efficiency, SG&A, and margins. Build U.S. finance processes and team structure, coordinate month-end/year-end close, support audits and statutory reporting, ensure U.S. GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance, and drive financial systems integration (SAP, OneStream) and global finance transformation.

Manage full lifecycle cost for engine and transmission programs: set and track subsystem cost targets, monitor performance, analyze variances, lead cross-functional cost optimization, implement cost control processes and Design-to-Cost/VAVE, maintain cost database, and provide actionable insights.
