Manage the Accounting Department, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee GL reconciliations, month-end close, CUSO accounting, accounts payable and cash investment. Produce financial and board reports, develop internal controls, assist audits and budgeting, provide staff supervision, training, cross-training, and drive process improvements.
