Oversee accounting and financial functions for the company and subsidiaries, produce consolidated financial statements and reports, coordinate audits, budgets, forecasts, cash and debt management, regulatory and lender reporting, and develop internal controls and accounting systems while supporting CFO on tax, financing, and new business initiatives.
