Provides administrative and academic support for a liberal arts college, including course scheduling, instructional coordination, student services, recruitment, accreditation activities, records management, communications, and grant proposal and budget assistance. The role interprets university policies, resolves routine and complex inquiries, safeguards confidential information, supports faculty and students, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.

Leads complex cybersecurity initiatives, including Microsoft Purview DLP and data classification, third-party risk assessments, security architecture, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and incident response. Designs and manages enterprise security solutions, investigates application and service security, performs risk assessments and root-cause analysis, and advises stakeholders on security practices. The role also mentors colleagues, documents processes, and supports emerging AI and cloud security risks.

Leads research security and sponsored research compliance for federally funded and industry-sponsored projects. Oversees CMMC compliance, evaluates protected-data obligations, conducts gap analyses, develops project-specific control plans, supports audits and assessments, provides sponsor certifications, and maintains compliance documentation. Advises and trains researchers and stakeholders on cybersecurity, controlled data, privacy, and regulatory requirements while developing practical policies and institutional controls.

Provides career counseling and coaching to students and alumni on career planning, job searches, internships, co-op education, and employment. Delivers workshops and presentations, shares labor market information, develops employer partnerships, promotes university talent and programs, supports recruiting activities, and collaborates with academic and university partners to improve career readiness and hiring outcomes.

Provide administrative, operational, and customer service support for alumni, donor, and constituent engagement. Duties include event coordination and registration, communications and stewardship correspondence, calendar and travel scheduling, database and records maintenance, HR and financial processing, front desk support, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure successful execution of programs and events.

Manage university research compliance programs including Conflict of Interest reviews and management plans, export control and OFAC screenings, Technology Control Plans, and compliance with federal agency requirements. Support pre- and post-award non-financial compliance, draft and review NDAs/DUAs/MTAs, coordinate with biosafety/animal/radiation safety committees, and use research administration systems to track and report compliance activities.

Serve as college financial partner providing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, cost modeling, and financial analysis to support college leadership. Develop annual operating budgets, prepare standard and ad hoc reports, ensure compliance across multiple account types, and drive process improvement. Mentor junior staff and manage large strategic assignments.

Provide accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for the college. Manage post-award grant financials, faculty start-up and gift accounts, prepare journal entries, process payments, and support stakeholders using Workday and financial systems.

Serve as a strategic HR partner advising business units on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Drive inclusive culture, conduct investigations, support manager coaching and development, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and provide HR policy guidance. Mentor others and lead complex HR initiatives.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in microelectronics; conduct and publish research in nanoelectronics, semiconductor devices, CMOS processing, neuromorphic/AI devices, memory technologies, or III-V epitaxy; establish sponsored research; supervise students; collaborate across departments; and maintain extensive cleanroom fabrication and lab-based teaching experience.
