Support day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, maintain organized financial records, collaborate with Accounting Specialists and Property Management, ensure accurate, timely processing, and maintain confidentiality to support affordable housing mission.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records; support HRIS and ATS processes; provide HR policy guidance and compliance support; handle day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource for employees and managers to strengthen employee experience.
