Hands-on content and lifecycle marketing leader who writes and sets messaging across website, SEO, long-form thought leadership, ABM, sales enablement, and email nurture. Designs segmented nurture programs and retargeting, partners with growth, brand, and PR, leads and develops a content/lifecycle team, and tracks engagement, conversion, and retention metrics to optimize funnel progression.

Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, manage full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, maintain ATS, advise leadership on market trends and metrics, and use analytics to improve hiring and retention.

Provide administrative and logistical support to diversification teams and VP of Strategic Initiatives, handling meeting coordination, expense reports, KPI reporting, vendor/invoice tasks, shipping/logistics, RFP assistance, travel arrangements, certifications, and ad-hoc project support using Salesforce, Zoho, and Workday while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Manage the Healthcare Division proposal process and sales collateral creation. Coordinate SMEs, marketing, and design to produce RFP-compliant proposals, presentations, and customer-facing costings. Lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and deadlines, ensure high-quality, clear, client-ready narratives, and support new business development and client retention.

Support day-to-day administration of employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement). Respond to employee inquiries, maintain 401(k) demographics via PSW, process NMSNs, perform benefits audits, support special projects, and assist with communications and benefits education.

Oversee housekeeping operations across multiple resort accounts, manage budgets and contracts, drive program adoption and compliance, mentor on-site leaders, ensure safety and quality, and travel frequently to support operations and startups.
