Provides high-level administrative, operational, scheduling, communications, governance, and project support to the Chief Information Officer. Coordinates executive meetings, calendars, travel, events, presentations, correspondence, briefing materials, follow-up activities, and confidential information. Administers pediatric research grants and clinical trial agreements across pre- and post-award processes. Reviews proposals and contracts for compliance, coordinates with faculty and sponsors, translates contract terms for invoicing, monitors budgets and expenditures, manages procurement and reimbursements, processes subawards and certifications, and supports extensions, renewals, resubmissions, and other award modifications.

Associate Counsel supports MUSC enterprise litigation, coordinates with external counsel, manages subpoenas and records requests, reviews and drafts contracts, advises on legal and regulatory risks, conducts legal research, and provides training. The role handles litigation proceedings, contract disputes, healthcare-related legal issues, risk mitigation, and administrative matters while collaborating with departments and enterprise leadership.

Support, operate, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routing, switching, VOIP, wireless, VPN, firewalls). Resolve complex network issues, participate in projects, produce documentation and knowledge transfer, and provide excellent customer service to support academic, research, and healthcare missions.

Provide administrative HR support for the College of Medicine CoE-HR: manage hiring/onboarding, position descriptions, faculty appointments, promotions/tenure, credentialing, visa coordination, HRIS data entry and reporting, timekeeping, and liaison duties with university and hospital HR stakeholders.

Lead and supervise up to three asset accountants; oversee monthly intercompany account recording and analysis, inventory adjustments and year-end counts, assist with single audit for federal funding, and support prepaid, AR, grants and related accounting tasks while guiding staff and meeting reporting deadlines.
