Directs accounting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, budgeting, credit management, and operational financial analysis for a beverage distribution company. Oversees inventory and cost accounting, excise and other tax compliance, audits, internal controls, financial systems, and KPI reporting. Leads accounting, payroll, and administrative staff while advising senior leadership and partnering with sales, warehouse, fleet, and operations teams on profitability, cash flow, and cost management.

Territory sales rep calling on on-premise retail accounts to merchandise, stock, rotate product, take inventory, place POS, and sell the full product line. Maintain route accounting and handheld records, comply with NC ABC laws and hold a North Carolina wholesaler permit. Start at warehouse daily, follow assigned routes/schedules, maintain company vehicle and equipment, and report sales versus goals while supporting merchandising and delivery teams.

Provide front-office support including answering phones and taking orders, maintaining and organizing the lobby and forms, scanning driver paperwork, creating and balancing invoices, monitoring and keying orders, balancing the cash drawer, and assisting sales/admin staff with miscellaneous tasks.
