Part-time (8–10 hrs/week) Programming Assistant supporting CAPA's Programming Team with calendar and Prism show file maintenance, programming research, box office and contract tracking, administrative tasks, agent communication, event setup/tear down, and basic budget review. Role involves nights/weekends and occasional physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Lead design, documentation, and continuous improvement of ticketing workflows and system architecture. Configure and QA Tessitura, support migration from Ticketmaster, develop SOPs and training, partner with cross‑functional teams, and maintain reporting and data integrity to improve operational efficiency and patron experience.
