Provide customer-focused support to optical patients by assisting with frame selection, fittings, measurements, dispensing eyewear, handling transactions, and supporting the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Assist patients at Optical Outlets by providing customer-focused eyewear selection, frame fitting, measurements, and dispensing. Support the Doctor and Office Manager, manage transactions, document customer interactions, resolve visual/product issues, and escalate office problems. Perform assigned tasks, help other associates with complex prescriptions, and ensure excellent patient satisfaction and accurate, detail-oriented service.
