Supervise payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and payments, compliance with IRS and external reporting, and documentation of payroll processes. Lead payroll system testing and upgrades, resolve technical payroll issues, manage benefit setup and deduction codes, identify process improvements, and serve as subject-matter expert and escalation point. Provide backup payroll processing support and oversee personnel actions for the payroll team.

Provide HR operations support across the employee life-cycle: respond to applicant/employee inquiries, administer HR programs, maintain HRIS and employee data, support onboarding, benefits eligibility, position/pay administration, schedule meetings, and produce routine reports and communications.
