Manage end-to-end administration of complex federal contracts and task orders (FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M). Lead contract setup, modifications, funding, reporting, and closeout in Costpoint; advise project leadership on contractual requirements, FAR/DFARS compliance, performance risks, and corrective actions. Coordinate across Accounting, Subcontracts, Proposal, and Project teams, maintain audit-ready files, negotiate routine agreements, and protect sensitive information.

Perform independent program lifecycle cost estimates, risk and sensitivity analyses, and economic studies (business case, cost/benefit, AoA). Perform quantitative cost and economic analyses for federal clients: collect and evaluate data, design and implement regression/optimization/simulation approaches, build Excel models, produce technical reports and presentations, communicate results to stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Lead systems engineering teams supporting defense acquisition programs: manage SE and T&E planning and reviews, configuration and risk management, produce acquisition documentation, coordinate cross-organizational IPTs and working groups, maintain program records, and provide technical and programmatic support to meet milestones and client requirements.

Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications, support RMF/ATO processes, integrate automated security scanning, apply DoD hardening standards, script automations, perform Linux administration, and collaborate with teams to remediate vulnerabilities and document security controls.

Perform quantitative cost and economic analyses for federal clients using regression, optimization, simulation, and Excel-based models; collect and analyze data, develop methodologies, produce technical reports and presentations, explain results to stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Support program controls by developing and analyzing EVM/IPM metrics, performing baseline and IMS analysis, forecasting cost/schedule outcomes, conducting ETL across cost/schedule/ERP systems, building dashboards and reports, assessing contractor/government estimates, and mentoring junior analysts to support federal program decision-making.

Support client engagements by collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, developing and implementing analytical methods (regression, optimization, simulation), building Excel-based models, preparing reports and presentations, and communicating results to clients under close guidance from senior team members.

Serve as a cyber risk SME conducting on-site and remote risk assessments using NIST SP 800-30, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat modeling. Develop mitigation strategies, produce risk characterization reports, manage assessment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary SMEs, enable data tagging and knowledge capture, and advise stakeholders on risk acceptance and remediation while supporting proactive, threat-informed risk management across mission-critical environments.
