Implement Power Platform automations and Power BI dashboards, build ETL/data pipelines from sources (ADVANA, Palantir, Azure), improve workflows, support data architecture and governance, and produce technical documentation and client-facing briefings.

Lead and build cybersecurity teams to support NAVSEA/PEO IWS combat system programs. Manage RMF lifecycle to obtain/renew ATOs, perform assessments and authorization work, enforce DISA STIG/SRG compliance, conduct risk assessments, mentor staff, coordinate cyber test events, and advise program offices on secure design and mitigations.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Translate business requirements into scalable, secure applications, implement integrations (APIs, Azure, SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics), apply ALM/CI-CD and DevOps practices, and support environments, performance, and documentation.
