Sell electrical products via in-person customer visits; prospect and grow accounts in construction, commercial, energy, and industrial markets; generate quotes and manage sales cycle; provide product knowledge, resolve issues, and report market trends. Regular travel to customer sites and branches required.

Participate in a Sales and Leadership internship rotating through branch warehouse and counter sales duties. Receive hands-on and online training in electrical distribution operations, products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership, ERP use, and complete a capstone networking event with managers and executives.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; put away materials by system assignment and priority; resolve receiving exceptions; maintain inventory accuracy, safety, and a clean work area; assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Load and stage customer orders for outbound trucks, pick/pack and secure shipments, operate lift equipment, maintain safe and organized CDC operations, and collaborate to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
