Territory outside sales role driving B2B sales in construction, commercial, energy services, and industrial markets. Conduct in-person customer visits, prospect new business, manage accounts and quotes, resolve issues, collaborate with product specialists, attend training, and report market feedback. Regular travel within the San Diego territory required.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and growing accounts in industrial, construction, commercial and energy markets through in-person visits, quoting, order management, and customer service; collaborates with internal product specialists, reports market trends, attends training, resolves customer issues, and travels to customer sites and branch offices.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders via phone and email, provide quotes, support outside sales reps, track orders/backorders, coordinate with credit/warehouse/counter teams, build customer relationships, and suggest process improvements.

Participate in a Sales and Leadership internship rotating through branch warehouse and counter sales duties. Receive hands-on and online training in electrical distribution operations, products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership, ERP use, and complete a capstone networking event with managers and executives.

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials using packing lists and POs. Resolve receiving exceptions, maintain a clean safe workspace, assist with other warehouse duties, and meet productivity standards.

Coordinate switchgear bid opportunities from request through submission: review documentation, request and track information from vendors and manufacturers, prepare bid packages, monitor deadlines, maintain records and communications, support sales and project teams, assist with project turnover, and learn to read project specifications and one-line diagrams.

Sell and grow national accounts for Wiedenbach Brown by developing new business, recommending pricing strategies, communicating competitive trends and promotions, and closing deals. Maintain customer relationships, manage sales and project processes, and perform field travel to develop, close, and retain major customers. Support other duties as assigned.

Manage lighting and gear projects from approval to completion, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead and train junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform financial risk assessments, track project metrics, resolve escalations, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
