Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and growing accounts in industrial, construction, commercial and energy markets through in-person visits, quoting, order management, and customer service; collaborates with internal product specialists, reports market trends, attends training, resolves customer issues, and travels to customer sites and branch offices.

Sell and grow national accounts for Wiedenbach Brown by developing new business, recommending pricing strategies, communicating competitive trends and promotions, and closing deals. Maintain customer relationships, manage sales and project processes, and perform field travel to develop, close, and retain major customers. Support other duties as assigned.

Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials using packing lists and POs. Resolve receiving exceptions, maintain a clean safe workspace, assist with other warehouse duties, and meet productivity standards.

Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone and email, prepare quotes, support outside sales reps, track orders and projects, coordinate with credit/warehouse/counter teams, build customer relationships, and recommend process improvements.

Support inside and outside sales by processing telephone and email orders, providing pricing and delivery info, managing quotes and documentation, collaborating with senior and specialty teams for technical/pricing support, building customer relationships, participating in product training, and improving customer service and internal processes.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational Sales and Leadership training program across warehouse, inside/counter/outside sales, project management, process improvement, and branch operations. Receive online and on-site training (including ERP and factory), mentorship, and hands-on assignments to prepare for branch management or sales career tracks.

Manage inbound telephone and email orders, quote pricing and terms, specify products and assemble pricing for electrical, lighting, and solar systems. Support outside sales, collaborate with specialty teams for switchgear/BESS/EV charging, maintain customer relationships, manage quotes and open orders, participate in training, and improve internal processes while maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders via phone and email, provide quotes, support outside sales reps, track orders/backorders, coordinate with credit/warehouse/counter teams, build customer relationships, and suggest process improvements.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational leadership program across branch functions (warehouse, sales, project management, operations). Receive online and on-site training, mentorship, ERP training, and prepare for branch management or sales career paths.

Handle customer inquiries and orders by phone and email, provide quotes, support outside sales reps, track orders and projects, coordinate with internal teams, and recommend process improvements to ensure timely, accurate service.
