Support multiple project managers delivering lighting and controls projects: coordinate schedules, create POs/submittals/reports, manage job files, track vendor shipments, resolve billing, liaise with accounting/purchasing/sales/warehouse, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Leads inventory control and receiving operations within a distribution center, ensuring accurate product receipt, inventory integrity, warehouse efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversee operations across multiple branch locations to drive performance, profitability, and growth. Develop regional strategies, manage budgets and forecasts, ensure compliance and contractual adherence, mentor branch managers, improve workflows, support hiring and performance decisions, and act as the primary escalation point for regional operational issues.

Manage technical accuracy, safety, and performance of prefabricated electrical solutions for mission-critical and data center projects. Validate customer specs and RFQs, set product standards and configuration rules, review supplier quotes, manage deviations, support product innovation and standardization, and train internal teams.

Outside sales representative responsible for prospecting and growing accounts in industrial, construction, commercial and energy markets through in-person visits, quoting, order management, and customer service; collaborates with internal product specialists, reports market trends, attends training, resolves customer issues, and travels to customer sites and branch offices.

Participate in an 18–20 month rotational Sales and Leadership training program across warehouse, inside/counter/outside sales, project management, process improvement, and branch operations. Receive online and on-site training (including ERP and factory), mentorship, and hands-on assignments to prepare for branch management or sales career tracks.

Participate in a Sales and Leadership internship rotating through branch warehouse and counter sales duties. Receive hands-on and online training in electrical distribution operations, products, customer service, communications, ethics, finance, leadership, ERP use, and complete a capstone networking event with managers and executives.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; put away materials by system assignment and priority; resolve receiving exceptions; maintain inventory accuracy, safety, and a clean work area; assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
