Manage outbound and inbound customer contacts to drive sales growth, support dealers and end users, resolve customer issues, promote product adoption, document activities in Salesforce, create sales materials, and consultatively recommend solutions to meet client needs.

Identify and qualify new dealer prospects through outbound phone, email, and social outreach. Maintain Salesforce records, generate opportunities for Brand Development and Territory Managers, track dealer participation in programs, provide weekly engagement and pipeline reports, coordinate incentives/trainings/events, collect dealer feedback, monitor competitor programs, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
