Oversee all city financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash and investment management, financial reporting, asset inventory, and internal controls. Supervise six finance staff, prepare the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report per GAAP/GASB, coordinate audits and reconciliations, manage budgeting and purchase/order compliance, and serve as internal financial consultant across departments.

Support the city Communications team by drafting and editing written materials, creating and scheduling social media and web content, conducting basic research, assisting with event promotion and staffing, organizing project materials, and providing administrative and cross-departmental support. May work occasional evenings, weekends, and be on-call for incidents.
