Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and HR department: maintain employee records, coordinate recruiting and onboarding, track training and compliance, prepare reports, assist benefits and leave administration, support HR programs, and ensure confidential, accurate, compliant HR operations in an on-site office role.
