The role reports to the CEO, supports hiring decisions, represents the company with customers, and offers growth into enterprise sales leadership.

Own MintMCP’s growth engine across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Responsibilities include positioning, SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, content, webinars, outbound, lifecycle marketing, funnel analytics, attribution, CAC, payback, forecasting, and campaign experimentation. The role uses AI agents for research, enrichment, sequencing, follow-up, content, and reporting, while partnering with the CEO and GTM team to build repeatable pipeline from scratch.
