Own the technical sales process as Mintive’s first Sales Engineer, partnering with AEs from discovery through demos, POCs, and close. Lead technical discovery, design integrations, troubleshoot deployments, support customer implementations, and communicate product capabilities to technical and executive buyers. Bring customer feedback to product and engineering while helping establish sales engineering playbooks and onboarding processes. The role is in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and includes customer travel.

Own recruiting coordination and people operations, including interview scheduling, candidate experience, onboarding, HR operations, compliance processes, and documentation. Build and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows, including agentic automations using Mintive’s AI-native platform. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, process ownership, rapid learning, and readiness to grow into broader people operations responsibilities.

Own growth and demand generation for a technical B2B AI infrastructure product. Build and optimize the full funnel, run experiments, manage marketing and outbound systems, execute ABM and paid acquisition across channels, develop technical-buyer messaging, and own pipeline, SQL, conversion, CAC, and payback metrics. Partner closely with founders and sales in an in-person, early-stage environment while using AI agents to scale differentiated marketing output.

Own software features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems. Build backend and infrastructure capabilities, connectors, security-sensitive access controls, monitoring, and occasional UI improvements. Use AI coding agents extensively while applying sound judgment to architecture, product, UX, reliability, security, and generated-code review. Work directly with founders and customers in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Own Mintive’s product marketing strategy as a founding team member. Develop positioning, messaging, category narrative, launches, customer case studies, thought leadership, SEO/AEO, agency programs, and sales enablement. Translate complex AI-agent infrastructure and security capabilities into clear, differentiated stories for engineers, security leaders, and enterprise buyers. Partner closely with engineers and customers, drive product adoption, and build the marketing function and systems from the ground up.

Own customers from post-sale onboarding through adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build delivery plans, track account health, lead reviews, resolve escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally. As the first post-sales hire, establish repeatable customer success processes, including playbooks, health scoring, cadences, and sales handoffs. The role requires technical fluency, commercial judgment, customer leadership, and in-person work in the San Francisco Bay Area with customer travel.
