Manage and develop remote inside sales teams to drive profitable growth. Recruit, onboard, coach on sales techniques and tools (Salesforce, SAP), analyze data to target markets, oversee performance metrics, approve credit/price blocks, run trainings, and collaborate with customer experience and field sales to close gaps and generate leads.

Support National and Major Account order execution and compliance, manage customer platform content and data feeds, resolve order and delivery issues, maintain reporting, and coordinate SAP order blocks and new store shipments to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment.

Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution across a multi-product B2B portfolio. Drive product positioning, pricing, GTM plans, customer research, competitive analysis, sales enablement, catalog governance, and cross-functional alignment to achieve market differentiation and commercial success.

Manage assigned customer accounts and outbound prospecting to sell a full product line. Enter orders, RMAs, and credit memos; use SAP and Salesforce to ensure order accuracy; handle inbound/outbound customer communications; create quotes and coordinate with territory managers and specialists to resolve issues and expand share of wallet.

Sell a full line of building materials within an assigned territory by prospecting, calling on customers, demonstrating products, quoting prices, preparing sales contracts, coordinating with inside sales, tracking stock levels, resolving customer issues, attending trade shows, and submitting itineraries and reports. Regular driving within the territory and use of company GPS required.

Coordinate inland drayage for import containers: track and schedule movements from port/rail to DCs/warehouses, manage carrier relationships, communicate with stakeholders, analyze service and cost data, document corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

Promote WOLF Home Products to architects, dealers, builders, and contractors through field calls, demos, trade shows, dealer support, market blitzes, and training. Track activity in Salesforce and travel within territory, including occasional overnights and weekend work.

Sell a full line of building materials across an assigned territory: generate leads, call on customers, demonstrate products, quote prices, manage accounts, coordinate with inside sales, track inventory, attend trade shows, and meet sales manager review requirements.
