Supervise 5-35 employees, handle hiring/training, enforce safety and quality procedures, maintain records, coordinate carriers and will-call orders, and ensure equipment care and facility organization.

Design and optimize inbound/outbound transportation and distribution networks using data analysis and modeling. Conduct route optimization, consolidate shipments, perform scenario modeling and capacity planning, and present data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with operations and transportation teams to improve fleet utilization, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
