Provide expert systems engineering and technical assessments for satellite and terminal designs. Support architecture, waveform and access protocol design, link-budget and performance analysis, design reviews, proposals, and MIL-STD certification. Serve as SME for modulation/coding, RF equipment, antennas, waveforms, blockage mitigation, and coordinate with Army stakeholders and vendors.

Lead engineering for CPE C2IN tactical network systems including design, integration, automation, and documentation. Manage configuration baselines, version control, and CM tools; oversee software delivery in test and deployment environments. Coordinate integrated product teams, perform technical evaluations, participate in design reviews and audits, and provide leadership with Army organizational knowledge.
