Supporting PM C2 Transport

Location: APG, MD

Security Clearance: Secret

Education Requirement:

  • Degree: BS in Engineering, Testing, or related field
  • Discipline: Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in Tactical Network design, integration, automation, and documentation.

Salary: 100K-150K; Commensurate with Education/Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Documentation:
    • Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes for CPE C2IN Tactical Network systems.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation for Configuration item baselines.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Participate in and assist with the coordination of the integrated product team and other technical forums at the PM C2 Transport, CPE C2IN, and subordinate agency level.
    • Coordinate with program, project, and product management offices to assess the efficacy of engineering and integration processes.
  • Technical Evaluation:
    • Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria; make minor adaptations and modifications as necessary.
  • Configuration Management:
    • Assist in the management, maintenance, and automation of Configuration Management tools.
    • Maintain proper version controls of software deliverables.
  • Software Delivery Oversight:
    • Oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments.
    • Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.
  • Reviews and Audits:
    • Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
  • Communication and Leadership:
    • Bring knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts.
    • Effectively communicate and lead integrated project teams.
    • Provide independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.

Skills Required
