Coordinate and manage daily inbound/outbound freight operations, negotiate rates, schedule pickups/deliveries, track shipments, maintain shipping documentation, communicate proactively with carriers/customers, use TMS/ERP/load boards, support billing and fleet operations, and ensure DOT compliance and customer service.
