Part-time front-desk role supporting the After School program: greet families, manage electronic sign-out, call for and dismiss students, monitor dismissal safety and flow, troubleshoot sign-out software, assist with general reception duties, and support After School staff. Must work Monday–Friday 2:00–6:00 p.m.

Instruction to complete a background screening application as directed by University School of Nashville. Employment or volunteer participation is contingent on successful criminal background check; for employment, prior/current employment, education credentials, and references will be verified. Provide leadership and direct support for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; liaison to parent and student groups; support student clubs; develop and implement programs for students, faculty, and parents; assist with faculty recruitment and retention; manage office systems, scheduling, communications, and departmental transactions; report to the Director and perform other duties as assigned.
