Sell and enroll new members, conduct facility tours, follow up on leads, meet monthly sales and retention goals, complete membership paperwork in Intouch & Compete, contribute to promotions, and provide high‑level customer service and support to club operations.

Greet and assist members and guests, manage check-ins and reservations, answer phones, sign members up for classes, maintain front desk appearance, complete opening/closing checklists, follow safety and service standards, and perform administrative support. Obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
