Lead major-gift fundraising for the Museum's West Region by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation donors; manage a 150-prospect portfolio, craft proposals, track activity in Raiser's Edge, coordinate stewardship, and travel regularly within the region and to New Orleans.

Drive group ticket and specialty-product revenue by prospecting, pricing, booking, and coordinating on-site experiences. Cultivate relationships with corporate, hotel concierges, tour operators, and SMERF markets; develop sales strategy and collateral; attend trade shows; manage bookings in ticketing systems; support on-site group logistics and internal coordination to meet sales goals.
