Build relationships with prospective residents and referral partners to support occupancy and financial goals. Conduct in-home visits, inquiries follow-up, community tours, and admissions coordination. Develop business development plans, monitor occupancy and conversion metrics, manage inquiry tracking, communicate projected move-ins and move-outs, and promote customer service and regulatory compliance.
