Lead corporate finance, treasury, capital strategy, and investment analysis for a multi-state homebuilder. Manage lender and capital partner relationships, underwrite land and development deals (IRR/NPV/sensitivity), optimize liquidity and covenant compliance, structure financing and refinancing, and develop finance staff and standardized analytical processes.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements; perform account reconciliations and month/year-end close tasks; analyze construction and development costs, budgets, and variances; support audits, lender reporting, job-cost accounting, and work-in-process analysis; improve accounting processes and support implementation of accounting systems.
