Develops and implements ministry programs, manages program equipment and activity sites, builds strategic partnerships, recruits and supervises staff and volunteers, manages budgets, and communicates Grace Adventures’ ministry to guests and groups both on- and off-campus.

Create daily photos and weekly videos that capture and promote the summer camp experience; storyboard, shoot, edit, and post content; interview campers; maintain file organization; attend staff meetings and fulfill camp policies and spiritual responsibilities. Seasonal role with housing and meals provided.

Part-time administrative support for business services: accounts receivable/payable data entry, filing, payroll assistance, HR data entry, budget preparation support, and routine bookkeeping under the Business Services Manager.
