Provide advanced administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director, and leadership team: coordinate schedules and meetings, manage emails and calendars, prepare agendas and minutes following open meeting laws, process P-card transactions in Workday, create presentations, maintain records and tracking spreadsheets, assist with travel and events, and perform general office duties.

Lead design and implementation of a centralized finance service model. Analyze and reconcile account balances, prepare budgets and financial reports, manage department dashboards, implement automation for AP and other processes, evaluate financial viability of programs and vendors, and supervise/coordinate staff providing centralized financial services.

Provide financial and analytical support for Clinical and Administrative Services: AP/AR review, monthly accounting, state/federal cost reporting, budget development and monitoring, audit preparation/response, and fiscal issue resolution. Collaborate with staff and complete automated financial and budgeting tasks under supervision.

Provide financial and analytical support to the Department of Health & Human Services divisions. Duties include AP/AR review, monthly accounting, state/federal cost reporting, management reports, annual budget development, budget monitoring, audit preparation/response, and resolution of fiscal issues. Collaborate with staff and use Excel (pivot tables/functions) to analyze and report financial data.
