Serve as the primary receptionist and administrative support for the Quapaw Nation Gaming Agency. Answer phones, greet and route visitors, perform dictation/transcription, maintain files/records and inventory, arrange travel, assist staff with copying/filing/messaging, ensure confidentiality, and perform basic office housekeeping and other assigned clerical tasks.

Provide desktop and user-level IT support, install and configure hardware and software, maintain network cabling, servers, databases and web pages, troubleshoot issues, assist with system upgrades, procurement, and occasional travel for training.
