Manages the organization’s HR function, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, payroll coordination, personnel records, training, workers’ compensation, and employment-law compliance. Leads HR staff, supports managers, maintains policies and documentation, oversees evaluations and salary adjustments, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations applicable to the healthcare facility.
