Maintains accounting records, supports month-end closing and reporting, responds to account inquiries, and scans and uploads documents. The role also requires occasional lifting, frequent travel between locations in a company vehicle, and adherence to organizational requirements.

Oversees Community Living and Remote Support Services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating new service placements, covering Program Manager vacancies, monitoring care quality and documentation, supporting person-centered planning, managing budgets and staffing patterns, training team members, conducting home visits, and maintaining communication with guardians, service coordinators, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.

Supervises weekly payroll processing and payroll staff while ensuring accurate, timely, and legally compliant payments. Oversees payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, leave administration, timekeeping, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and year-end activities. Provides payroll guidance to employees and managers, maintains records, strengthens internal controls, supports system upgrades, and drives process improvements. Collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, leadership, and external agencies.
