Analyzes ERP data, develops and standardizes business reports, converts existing reports to Microsoft Power BI, supports data cleanup, and improves report usability across departments. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills while managing multiple priorities and documenting reporting code.

Owns finance-related CPQ and ERP systems, ensuring configurations, workflows, data, and controls support accurate reporting and GAAP compliance. Resolves CPQ, ERP, and CRM discrepancies; governs financial master data; develops pricing and margin dashboards; provides leadership insights; and partners with IT and cross-functional teams on system enhancements, testing, upgrades, process improvement, and change management.
