Manage gift processing and data entry in the fundraising database, ensure data integrity, reconcile monthly revenue with Finance, produce gift reports, research donor inquiries, maintain policies and procedures, and provide general support to USO Fundraising & Development. Support planning and production of celebrity entertainment events, manage talent liaison and documentation, handle data entry and reporting, assist budgeting and contractor procurement, perform administrative tasks including invoices and credit card reconciliation, and maintain event/location databases. Plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise engagement initiatives and high-profile events. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, staffing, project plans, run-of-show documents, and post-event evaluations. Support cross-functional partners and Field Operations, escalate risks, and ensure messaging and mission alignment.

Process semi-monthly payrolls for domestic and expatriate employees, maintain and reconcile payroll records, prepare GL files and payroll-related AP transactions, ensure compliance with wage and tax regulations, support year-end W2 reporting and audits, generate BI payroll reports, coordinate with HR to resolve payroll issues, and serve as backup for local payroll functions.

Provide prospect research, portfolio management, data analysis, and pipeline reporting to support major gifts and corporate fundraising. Train fundraisers on research and CRM best practices, prepare donor briefings, identify and qualify prospects, monitor portfolio health, and ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline reporting to optimize fundraising outcomes.

Lead qualification, solicitation, cultivation and acquisition of large corporate partners. Manage full sales cycle including proposals, presentations, contract negotiation and execution. Build and maintain a robust pipeline, record activity in fundraising/CRM systems, pursue prospects via networking and events, collaborate cross-functionally, reconcile basic budgets, and fulfill partnership commitments.
