Executive HR leader responsible for strategy and operations across multi-property hospitality portfolio. Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HRIS and payroll, compliance, organizational development, succession planning, and acquisition integrations while partnering with owners and hotel leadership to scale HR systems and culture.

Audit and reconcile daily revenue activity for a condo-hotel, verifying room, F&B, parking, taxes, payments, and owner-related revenue. Reconcile PMS, POS, credit card settlements, prepare daily reports, support month-end close, and maintain audit documentation while coordinating with front office, F&B, and accounting.

Oversee accounting operations for hospitality properties including reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger, month-end close, fixed assets, A/R review, budgeting/forecasting, KPI analysis, audits, internal controls, and supervise accounting staff while visiting properties weekly.

Create and execute high-quality visual design assets for digital and print to support marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, and sales materials. Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to develop concepts, maintain brand standards, manage multiple projects, and incorporate AI-assisted tools into creative workflows.
